Golden Oils blends are unique and versatile containing rare ingredients that have outstanding health properties like Siberian Pine Nut Oil.

In Russia, the Siberian Pine Tree, has always been a symbol of endurance, health and longevity. The nuts produced are famous for their healing powers amongst native Siberians.

Being a native Siberian myself, I learned about goodness of pine nuts and pine nut oil from an early age from my grandmother. As a game, we experimented in the kitchen adding pine nut oil into variety of Russian dishes, Russian soups being the most popular.

That is how my interest in healthy food was born.

Since then, I have obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biochemistry and I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Health Nutrition to promote a healthy approach to food amongst general public.
