Placing an order
Placing an order is easy. Simply browse through our products and add your items to the shopping bag. Once you are satisfied with your order, select the delivery method you require and 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will be required to provide information to complete your order. All credit/debit card payments are accepted through Paypal. if you do not have a paypal account you can set one up during the checkout process. Paypal if free and 100% secure. Alternatively you can select 'SEND A CHEQUE' payment option and post your order with a cheque or postal order to Golden Oils Ltd, Solent Court Farm, Chilling Lane, Warsash, Southampton, Hampshire. SO31 9HF. Cheques should be made payable to Golden Oils Ltd.

Delivery
Postage and packing is calculated according to weight and quantity of your order. All orders we will be dispatched within 3 working days are are sent First Class.Golden Oils deliver worldwide and postage is automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping bag. Notification by email will be sent to you advising when you order has been dispatched.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have received payment in full.
Returns
All goods are carefully packaged and checked before delivery. however should you receive your goods damaged in any way then please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your goods to arrange a return. If your order is returned for any other reason p&p is not refunded.
